WHEREAS the lands hereinafter’ described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 42 of Lot "A"; Block "Et of Block 1; District Lot 479, Group One,
Plan 12212, New Westminster District, beftng 1828 Dorset Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is

received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and.
post the "Real Property for Sale by Tender" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council | meeting; ,

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved ; 7
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Counci! reserves’ the right to accept any bld or to reject all of ‘the
‘bids if Council In its absolute discretion determines that rejection

is appropriate,

Dona'd John Bunker was appointed a Bylaw Entorcement Officer be-and the’

same is hereby rescinded;

AND THAT pursuant to the provisions of the "By law Enforcement Officer
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2063" Tracy Ann Gillesplte be and she Is hereby appointed
Bylaw Enforcement Officer for the City of Port Coquitlam effective July

28th, 1986. a
