WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirous of cancelling a portion of Toronto Street and a portion of Stratford Street shown dedicated on Plan 2797, in the South West Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of British Columbia; AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this agreéd to convey the sa the City in ge for the lan comprising the portion of Toronto Street and the portion of Stratford Street shown dedicated. on Plan 2797, in the South West Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District, to be cancelled; AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Council may by Bylaw dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening, re-locating or diverting the highway; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: i.
