CONVENTIONS Comox~Stratheona RESOLVED that the Executive of the U.B.C.M. bring forth for debate at the 1982 Convention, proposals that would substantially reduce the amount of delegates to U.B.C.M. Conventions, while at the same -time maintaining equitable representation for all member municipalities and regional districts. (Refer to resolution AS6)
