AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for a Development Permir

in regard to the Lands;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act. R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290 provides thar in
a Development Permit certain macters may be varied or supplemented in the

manner specified therein;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Citv hereby issues a Development Permit
