The Munletpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitian

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, January 5th, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.
to consider the following proposed by-law to.amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1794: to rezone Lot 23, Block 4, District Lot 480,

Group One, Plan 20671, New Westminster District, from RS-i

to RT-l.

This property is addressed as 1622/24 Robertson Avenue and is

the site of an existing duplex. The rezoning is being undertaken

at the request of the owner so that the property may be placed

in the correct zone for its current use. ;

A copy of the prenosed by-law, and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Por. Coquitlam City Hall,

at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,

on working days, December 23rd, 1980 to January 5th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shal] be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
