Coquitlam, ii: open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning, By-law, 1979,

No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of A-1l assigned

to;

Lot "G" (Plan 30474), Block 8, District Lot 464, Croup One,
Plan 1897, New Westminster District;
assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for al] purposes as the "City of Port
~Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No.
1795", .

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second-

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second

day of December, 1980.

Public Hearing held this Fifth day of January, 1981.

By-law No. 1795: to rezone Lot "G6" (Plan 30474), Block 8, District
Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1897, New Westininster District, from A-1

This property is addressed as 2268 Prairie Avenue and it is
expected that the Property will be suodivided to create two
separate single family residential lots following completion of

the rezoning procedures.
