RESOLUTIONS: Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: WHEREAS by By-law No. 1679 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the "Ulster Street Road Closure By-law, 1979, No. 1679" a certain portion of Ulster Street dedicated by Plan 2797 therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment cf the said portion of Road dedicated by Plan 2797 described in By-law No. 1679 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. From the Environmental Protection Committee, June 27th, 1979 advising of the present rate structure used regarding the SPCA incinerator and recommending that a two-rate structure be established for the use of the incinerator for pathological waste disposal with resident commercial users being charged 10¢/1b. and non-resident commercial users being charged 15¢/1b. ’ Moved by Alderman Kervluk: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the recommendation by the Environmental Protection Committee, June 27th, 1979 that a two~rate structure be established for the use of the SPCA incinerator for pathological waste disposal with resident
