‘Attached hereto please find a sketch of the pro-
posed subdivision mentioned above. The proposed let does
not comply with the Subdivision of Land Bylaw 1970 - #992,
but does comply with the Council frontage exemption policy.
This memorandum is a request that you place this on the
agenda of the next Council meeting for the granting of a
frontage exemption as provided for in Section 712 of the
Municipal Act.
