newspaper and the residents concerned about the City's Administration and
Works crews with respect to a land fill operation on two properties at the

end of Chilcott and Glenwood causing a dust nuisance, etc., and he submitted

a report thereon from the City Engineer explaining that the fill was excess
material supplied by Standard General Construction Ltd. from the Barnet
Highway reconstruction. project; however, as the operation was creating a
prcblem in the area, the Contractor, at the request of the City, has ceased

to supply any further material therefore.

Ald.Mabbett re Alderman Mabbett then stated he would like the City Administrator to
untidy property 5S.

: request that the untidy condition thereof be corrected.
