Mayor Campbell: The Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam in conjunction with the National Association of Kinsmen are supporting a National Program marking the Anniversary of our Canadien Flag. This program, appropriately named Heritage Day, has been placed before Federal Government and we have received their wholehearted support as can be attested by the enclosed copy of a letter from the Prime Minister. We would request the City of Port Coquitlam proclaiming the week of February 9th, 1976 through to February 16th, 1976 National Heritage Week and. February 16th, 1976. ‘as National Heritage Day. Permission is also sought for the Kinsmen Club to Place posters on City property such as the arena’s and the Hyde Creek facilities. The Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to City Council for the co~operation and assistance that.
