The application shail: (a) be made in the form Prescribed by the authority having jurtsdictlon; be signed by the ower or his agenr; state the intended use or uses of the building; include as exhibits copies in'duplicate of the specifications and scale drawings of the building with respect to which the work is to be carried out showing (i) the dimensions of the buLlding. (ii) the proposed use of each yoom or floor area. (if4) the dimensions of the land on which the building is, or is to be, situated. , (1v) the grades and elevations of the Streets and sewers abutting the land referred to in clause (i441), when required by che authority having Jurisdiction, (v) the position, height and horizontal dimensions of all buildings on the land referred to in clause (111). (v4) a survey of the building site by a registered provincial surveyor, when requized by the authority having jurgediction, (wid) the technical information specified in other pares of this By-law required to be included on the drawings relating to those parts. (viii) such other information as is necessary to illustrate all essential features of the desipn of the building, (1x) when required by the authority having jurisdiction, the application shall also be accompanied by a plan that shows the location and size of every building drain and of every every soil-or-waste pipe, trap ant vent pipe. The pians and specifications shall be subaltted in the forn and quantities required by che authority having jurisdiction and shall have thereon conplete design ant calculation eriteria no that the authority havin: jurindiction stall have this information available for exar nation and bear the name and address of the designer; and (e) contain any and all otier information Necessary to establish compliance with this by-law. (4) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Bv-lav; whenever én the opinion of the authority having jurisdiction the proposed work requires specialized technical knowledge, it may be required as a condition of the sssuance of a permit that all drawings, specifications and Plot plans, or aay part thereof, be prepared and signed by and the construction carried out under the sunerviston of an architect or professional enginecr. (5) The authority having jurisdiction may revoke a pernit where there is a violation of: (a) any condition under witch the permit way Jasued, of (b) any provision of che suilding Code, This revocation shall be ia writing and transmitted to the persit holder by Yegistered mail. (6) The authority having jurisdiction nay issue a perrit for the construction of a phase of a building before the entire plans and specifications for the whole buiiding have been subaitted or approved, provided adequate information and detailed staterents have becn filed complying with all pertinent requirements of the By-law. ‘The issuance of tue permit norwithstanifa3, the requirements of this iy-law apply to the remainder of tie butldine as iF the permit had not been issued. (7) No permit shall be required for the clearing of stoppares or tle repairing of leaks in pipes, valves or fixtures, when such repairs Go not davolve or require the replacement or re-arrangement, of vaives, pipes, or fixtures or hot water tanks. (8) Subject to any other By-law, the authority having Jurisdiction cay issue a permit for the erection or placenent of a tenporary build or shelter, if it 4s satisfied that the bullding, structure or shelter {s safe for the stated use and duration,
