Alderman Mabbett stated in his opinion the Lutheran Church and the
developer should meet with Council to discuss the proposed development.

That representatives from the Lutheran Church and the developer of

property adjacent to the proposed new Lutheran Church at York Street and
Prairie Avenue be requested to meet with Council in Committee to discuss

the proposed development.

From the City Engineer, June lith, 1979 recommending purchase of a
John Deere 310A Backhoe from Coast Tractor, at a total cost including
tax of $20,319.52, to replace the backhoe in the Parks Department.

Zettelmeyer Model ZL 500 tractor-loader as a replacement for the Parks
Department, for a total purchase price of $27,200.00 plus tax.
