displays depicting the
Royal family. |

Included in the collec-

tion are various pieces of

literature from Queen
Elizabeth II’s visit to
Terrace on July 18, 1959
to Charles. and Diana’s
recent wedding.

TERRACE — William
Hayes, the Liberal, can-

didate for Skeena, has

submitted a. proposal to
local governments and
tribal councils to unite to
lobby the provincial and
federal governments to
create a Skeena Region
Commission. He believes
that a Commission
would be a positive step
in bringing the people of
the Northwest into a
more direct participation
in addressing Native con-
cerns.

the people, the knowl-
edge, and hopefully,
enough wisdom to put
forward a foundation
for a just settlement for
all the people of the
Northwest. .

munities have many
legitimate aspirations,
but the way the process
