Grouse hare been getting a lot of
exercise the past week or two and
while a lot of birds will fall, there is
volng to. be some left os the birds are
just about as wise as most hunters.
When the chase gets too warm the
birds light out for the high hills. In
Smithers last Saturday hardly anyone
was left in town to look after business
and some of those would have been
gone too, but the merchants ran. out of.
annmuition.

Miss Helen Grant is at her home
in Hazelton for the next few weeks,
She has recently been ‘visiting with
her sister in Smithers.

Geo. Crowe is again able to be out
ufter a short stny at the hospital,
