THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT: COQUITLAM OCT 3 1983

BYLAW NO. 1996

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of Road and Lane
shown dedicated on Plan 2416 of Section 17, Block 6 Nerth, Range
| East, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal

Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Counci! may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any
portion of a highway;

AND _ WHEREAS the Municipal Counci | of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway
hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to trattic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam, in open meeting assembied, enacts as follows: .

All that portion of Road and Lane shown dedicated on Plan 2416 of Seetion 17,
Block 6 North, Range | East, New Westminster District, having an area of 0.3163
hectares shown within the black outline on a reference plan certified ‘by Robert
M. Reese, British Coiumbia Land Surveyor dated the 12th day of September 1963, a
copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby stopped up and closed to: traffic.

This Bylaw may be cived for ail purpeses as the "Clyde Avenue (Plan 2416) Road
Closure Bylaw, 1983, No. 19961, ;
