SUBJECT: 1983 Supplementary Assessment Roll No. 3

RECOMMENDATTON :

That City Council authorize adjustments to the 1983 tax levies
for the properties as reported hereunder.

BACKGROUND:

A further Supplementary Assessment Roll, revising 1983 assess-
ment valuations, has been received from the B.C. Assessment Authority subsequent
to issuing the 1983 tax notices. The revisions are necessary to correct errors
or omissions in the roll and result in a net decrease of 1983 tax levies in the
amount of $11,412.88. Statements advising property owners of the applicable
increase or decrease will be forwarded to the owners when the. adjustments. are
authorized.
