August 30th, 1982

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam,
B.C. on August 30th, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.

Acting-Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, E.W. Mabbett,

Muldoon, D.J. Vater, and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B.R.
Kirk, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., and Recording Secretary
D. Vyse.

“Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the minutes of the regular Council meeting held on
August 16th, 1982, and the Special Council meeting held on August
23rd, 1982, be taken as read and adopted.

The meeting was informed Mr. Ron Freeman, 636 East 50th Van., re Sewer
Service - Huber
Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. wished to address the Council regarding
the problems he is experiencing in obtaining sewer service for Lot

119, Plan 24877.

Moved by Alderman Gates:

Seconded by Alderman Muldoon:

That Mr. Ron Freeman, 636 East 50th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C.
be permitted to address Council regarding the problems he is
experiencing in obtaining sewer service for Lot 119, Plan 24877.

Carried.

Mr. Freeman then addressed the Council regarding the problems
he is experiencing in obtaining sewer service for Lot 119, Plan
24877 - Huber Drive.

That the City investigate the possibility of acquiring a

sewer easement on Huber Drive.
