from the job site. The rental rates and labour rates shall also
include provision for any administration charges such as
Unemployment Insurance, the mandatory Workers’ Compensation
coverage, etc.

Rental rates for equipment should not exceed those given in the
current “Province of British Columbia Rental Rates" schedule. When
submitting equipment rental rates for approval, the make, year,
model and serial number should, where possible, be itemized for each
unit, together with information regarding attachments, bucket size,
breakout force, and in the case of trucks, box capacity.

The City of Port Coquitlam shall be responsible for providing al]
necessary rights-of-way, permits, etc., and for maintaining the
works on completion of construction.

Construction must not be commenced without prior notification of the
Director, or his representative, allowing where possible at least
one week to facilitate provision of site supervisory staff.
Construction shall be completed prior to December 31, 1982.

The Director's representative shall be Mr. K. Bornemann from the
Water Management Branch Fraser River Flood Control Abbotsford office

The Director's representative shal] be responsible for monitoring
the construction progress and will approve all necessary invoices,
receipts, materials and machine rental rates associated with the

remedial work on Cedar Drive.

A representative from Crippen Consultants may inspect the works from
time to time to ensure the project is constructed in a manner that

is technically acceptable.

Claims for reimbursement shall be processed through the Abbotsford
office at the following address:
