A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound YG Grdnd 9

Regulation By~law, 1970, No. 1020",

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Clause (b) of Section 1 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and
Animal Regulation By~law, 1970, No. 1020" is amended by striking out the
word "six" and substituting therefor the vord “four”.
2. Section 7 of the By-law is amended by striking out the word "six"
and substituting therefor the word "four", .
3. Section 8 of the By~law is amended by striking out the word "six"
and substituting therefor the word "four",
4. Section 10 of the By-law is repealed the following substituted:

"1a, Every application for licence shall be accomparied by

| a licence fee payable as follows:

(1) During the period Jrauary Ist to September 30th,

inclusive:

(a). For each neutered male dog or spayed female
dog a fee of $8.00.

(b) For each unneutered male dog or unspayed
female dog a fee of $20.00.

(ec) For each kennel, which a person shall be
considered to have if he possesses four or

moze dogs, in lieu of the individual fees in

parts (a) and (b) above, a fee of $60.00.
During the period October Ist to December 31st,
inclusive:
(a) For each neutered male dog or spayed female
dog a fee of $4.00,
(b) For each unneutered male dog or uns payed

female dog a fee of $10.00
