Dear Mr. Freeman:

On behalf of the All Sports Carnival *$2, L would ILke so request the
permission to hald a Parade on March 27, 1982, The parade would commence

at the Pert Coquitlam Recreation Centre at 10:00 A.M. and woul.’ proceed

along Wilson Ave. to Mary Hill &d., then along Mary Hill Rd. to McAllister Ave.
fo Shaughnessy Screet., chen along Shaughnessy Se. to Hawthorne Ave., down
Hawthorne to Tyner and disperse at the Recreation Centre. ‘his parade should
not be wore than a hour long.

If permission granted, L would also like to at this time extend an invication
to the Mayor, Alderman and to Janna Taylor,our Recreation Director to ride in
this year's All Sports Carnival Parade.
