RECOMMENDATION: That consideration be given by the Council to passage of the following resolution: “That the Agreement of Purchase and Sale submitted by Shaughnessy Housing Co-Operative c/o 1954 West 6th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. submitted in response to a "Public Notice ~ Real Property for Sale by Tender" dated January 29th, 1982 and referring to the undernoted lands and premises: Lots 9 and 10 Block 2 District Lot 289 Group 1 Plan 2396 New Westminster Districr Lots 12 and 13 Block 5 District Lot 289 Group 1 Plan 2396 New Westminster District Parcel A (Bylaw Plan 62823 District Lot 289 Group 1 Plan 2396 New Westminster District wherein the said Shaughnessy. Housing Co-Operative offers to purchase the said lands and premises from the City for the price of $237,768.00 be accepted; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the “Venders Acceptance of Offer" tequired as well as all other deeds, documents, or plans required to complete the transaction subject to compliance with the terms of the said offer."
