The. Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: a
1. ‘The Zoning Map of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of.Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979,

1651" is amended by removing the Zone Desipnation of RS—2 assigned

Let 744, North East Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan
58541, New Westminster District;

assigning the Zone Designation of RS~l1 to the said property.
This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By~law, 1980, No.

1797",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second

Enis property is addressed as 759 and 767 Prairic Avenue and it is
expected that a subdivision of the property into cight single family
residential lots will oceur following completion of the rezoning
