"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651,
Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1855"

Our Solicitor has suggested that a small amendment be made to Section 3 of the
above noted By-law and although this will actually be accomplished at the time
of third reading it is necessary to draw Council's attention to it at the Public
Hearing, being held.on the By-law on September 21st, 1981.

Accordingly, we would advise that when the By-law is being considered for third
reading we will be Suggesting that this be done by passage of the following
resolution:

“That Section 3 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651,

Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1855" be amended by striking out the word "herein!
and substituting therefore the words " by Section 48 (4) of the Zoning By-law

and Section 2 herein".
