Drainage Alternatives -~ Cedar Drive Area

The following alterna
reduce the flooding of Cedar
into the ditch.

1. New Pumping station to Pump Glade Court/Fraser
Avenue area to ditch when ditch is high,

(Relieves immediate concern - i.e, Boxing Day
storm. Would be of little help if Cedar ditch
overflows - i.e, Dec., 1979 storm.)

Non-engineered estimate $105,000

Downstream improvements to Cedar ditch - widening
and new culvert at Huber (see attached cross-

section).

(Allows discharge from Cedar ditch to run off
quickl

Dyke improvements to prevent Over-topping at
Fraser, Evergreen Par , etc.
