Mr. A. Albrecht, 590 Dominion Avenue, stated truck traffic was permitted only when work was being carried out on the dyke and was supposed to stop when the project was complete. Mr. G. Crawford, 867 Dominion Avenue expressed concern regarding the truck traffic shaking hig house and cracking walls. Mr. J. Flett, 825 Dominion Avenue, referred to the by-law and Stated in his opinion it is an unfair burden on a person charged under the by-law. Mr. Flett stated he had previously suggested the speed limit be lowered in the agricultural area and this has not been done and he then suggested that discussion be held with representatives from all sides to come up with a solution to the truck parking problem in the area. Crawford, 867 Dominion Avenue referred to commercial vehicles in the agricultural urea and stated in her opsnton they should be paying commercial rates and the City could then build roads to factlitate truck traffic. Mr. K. Butler, 843 Dominion Avenue advised he bought property as "agricultural" and now people are trying to use the property in the area for commercial use. Nr. W. Crawford, 867 Dominion Avenue advised he haa one of the newest houses on Dominion Avenue built to engineering speelfientions and it has already suffered damage.
