In its “report, the Committee stated that it was agreed to enter “dato reciprocal arrangenents for fire ‘protection as quickly as possible in “order r to.provie fire. protection for the. North-east sector of Coquitlam and to improve service to the portions of - the. ‘City of: Port doquitlan lying West of the Coquitlam River, and set forth several recommendat tions nade in that regard. Alderman. Mabbett and Alderman Ranger indicated their willingness te propcese a res~ olution that would approve all three recommendations made by the Fire Committee but-at.the request of Alderman Traboulay it was agreed that the items would be dealt with separately.
