We have now been ss, i advised by the owner of 2470 Mary Jill Road, Mrs. Carmen R. Reed, that she is now in 7 a position to transfer clear title for 2470 Mary Hill Road to the City in exchange for i 2384 Mary W411 Road. In accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act we posted a public notice : on January 2nd, 1973 advising that the proposed property exchange was under consideration and we invited alternate .proposals be submitted by 12:00 noon, Thursday, January Lith, . 1973, By that time one alternate proposal had been received from Mrs. Elferink, 1458 Pipeline Road, Port Coquitlam, B. C. who offers $5.00 for 2384 Mary Hill Road. Should the Council wish to conclude the proposed property exchange ve would suggest that consideration be given to the following resolution: "That Lot 2, Block C, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 1954, Except Parts shown on Plan with By-law filed 6287 be sold to Mrs. Carmen Rose Reed, 2470 Mary Hill Road, Port Cocultlan, 3. C. at or for the sum of $1.00; SUBJECT to the cransfer of Loc 4, Block A, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 1954, i + New Uestminster Diserier by Mrs. Carmen Rose Reed to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan for the sum of $1.00; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary documents, plans, deeds, therefor and affix the Corporate Seal thereto." ; City Clerk
