DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the memorandum of Agreement between the Corporation of
the City of Tort Coquitlam and Her Majesty the Queen In Right of Canada
wherein a license is granted to Her Majesty to maintain Attack Warning
Siren No. 164 on Patricia Avenue near Cedar Drive for a term of Five
(5) years from the First day of February, 1972 be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to sign the said Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto.
