ARTICLE VI. Fees and Disbursements. The Client shalt pay the Architect: For the basic professional services set out in Article IT and additional Services in Article III. The fees shall be hased upon the time expended by the Architect or Engineer and their staffs as follows: Architect or Engineer (Partners). $52.00 per hour, only one partner to be acting at any one time. Staff. An amount per hour equal to the monthly staff salary multiplied by the factor .017.
