Freeman City Clerk Re: Reid's Hardware - Subdivision Plan and Restrictive Covenant On the reverse side of this memorandum is a Subdivision Plan of the Reid's Department Store property at Shaughnessy and Whyte Streets and Council will note that dedications of two small portions of lane are effected by this Plan which is currently in process of being filed in the Land Registry Office. . A form of Restrictive Covenant reserving the Lot 84 for parking for the benefit of Lot 83 is attached, , as is a copy of the Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1141 which is available for final reading. This Zoning Amendment By-law will rezone the area to be used for parking to C-4 (Town Sub-centre Commercial). Both the Restrictive Covenant and the Zoning Amendment By-law could be approved by Council by ._passage of the following resolutions: ‘l. "That the Restrictive Covenant between The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and Engelbert Radlgruber referring to Lots 83 and 84 District Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster District of a Plan of Subdivision in process and wherein the said Lot 84 is restricted to the. use of off-street parking for the benefit of the said Lot 83 be and the same is hereby approved; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the said Restrictive Covenant on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto," . 2.
