The above~noted By~law was considered at a Zoning Public Hearing

held on Monday, March 22nd, 1976. When entered into Land Use Contract No.

17 would authorize the construction of a 16-unit townhouse complex at 1924

Coquitlam Avenue. This is the property on Oxford Street between Suffoik

Avenue and Coquitlam Avenue.

I£ Council so desire the By~law may now be given third reading

by passage of the following resolution:

"That By~law No. 1425 be read a third time."
