Land Use Contract No. 15 is being processed as a replace-~

ment for Zoning Amendment. By-law No. 1395 (of which Notice

of Public Hearing was given on September 25th, 1975) and
Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1395 will not be further processed.

Copies of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City
Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given ahove, between the hours

of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p-m. - on working days - from January 2nd to January 32th,
1976. a .

All: persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed
_By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on
_; Matters contained in the By-law. .
