the following:

(a) To be located within a new principal building housing peruitted
industrial use, on a lot with « sininum area of two acres.

(b) To be limiced to the caretaker or watchman, and not used for
fanily accommodation.

(c) To form an integral part of the principal building and to be included
in the building plans thersof,

(d) To ba fully separated fron the industrial use by walls, partitions
or a floor.

(a) Tc be provided with an entrance separatc from that of the industrial
use.

HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS:

The height of a building shall cot axceed 46 feet.

LOT _AREA_AND WIDTH

Zach lot shall have en area of cot less than 20,000 equara fect and «
width of not less than 100 feet, except where such lot was existing at
the effective date of thie By-law. —

LOT COVERAGE:

The maximum coverage shali ba 50 percent of the lot araa.

FRONT YARD:

A front yard absll be provided of not less than 30 feet in depth.
SIDE YAROS:

A aide yard shall be provided on each aide of the buildiog of pot
less than 20 fect in width, except thet a ofde yard not flanked by

REAR YARD:

A rear yard shall be provided of not lees than 20 fact in depth,
except where 2 lot abuts a lot in- -. RS or EM Zone, or is oepar-
ated by a lane therefrom, such rear yard shell be not less than 26
feet in depth.

OFF-STREET PARKING:

Off-street parking shall be provided and maintained in accordance
with the parking achedule cf this By-law.

GFF~STREET LOADING:

Off-street loading ehali be provided and maiutained fo accordance
with the loading schedule of this By-law,
