Dear Sir,

The Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam is again conducting their Steer
Raffle in conjunction with the Kinsmen annual Sports Carnival on the weekend
of July lst.

As in the past, we respectfully request City Councils’ permission to
sell our Steer Raffle tickets on Saturdays in front of the Government Liquor
store in Port Coquitlam during the month of June.

Proceeds from the raffle will be used for community projects.
