That as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Committee, March 30th, 1978 an amendment be made to the McDonald's Restaurant Land Use Contract #18 to extend the parking lot on to Lot 315 north of the existing restaurant; AND THAT the proposed amendment to Land Use Contract #18 proceed to Public Hearing. Carried. Alderman Mabbett voted against the resolution. St. Germaine spoke to Council and explained the need for the proposed food take-out service. Alderman Mabbett advised Yan's store has moved from Shaughnessy Mall to the McLean Avenue area and is selling at retail and asked the City Planner to investigate.
