SCBEDULE I

The aforementioned property shall be restricted to:

1. The following uses permitted under the "Small Lot Residential Zone: (RS-2):
One-Family Residential
Boarding:
shall be limited to a maximum of two boarders; and

ii) shall be completely enclosed within a building for residential use.

2. The following uses permitted under the "Townhouse Apartment Zone" (RM-3):
a. Child Care:

shall be permitted up to a maximum of five children;

the area used for such uses shall be on a ground floor location or have direct
access or egress to the exterior of the building; . Oo

shall be permitted in apartment facilitics designated or adapted for such uses
and intended to serve residents of the subject building or persons residing in the —
