A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lots 10 and 11

District Lots 174 & 289
Group One

Plan 9069

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse) and the Zoning Mup of
the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2771".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of March, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 1Sth day of March, 1993.

Public Hearing held this Sth day of April, 1993.

Intent of the Bylaw:
To permit the development of 27 townhouses.
