A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of JUNO 7 +$93 The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the “Official Community Pian Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been vrepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; examined the arendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port C itlam Industrial Development Strategy” to ensure consistency between them; determined that _.pplicable waste management plan exists for consideration: determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the City of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The designation “Parks and Recreation” shown on Schedule "B" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as enacted by Bylaw No. 2508 applying to: Parcel A District Lot 174 Group One Plan LMP 5326 New Westminster District is removed ant the designation "Apartment" is applied. Chapter “V" Development Permit Areas of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended by replacing Subsection 2.6 (1) with the following: (1) Boundaries: North: Center line of Coquitlam River and center line of Kingsway South: Ceniter line of Pitt River Road from the point of intersection of the south property line of Sk. 10139 with Pitt River Road to the center line of Mary Hill Road; and center line of Wilson Avenue between Mary Hill Road and Kingsway.
