tae de Veen SERENE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM APR 29 1991 BYLAW NO. 2594 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. NOTE: Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Firstly: Lot 1, Plan 9164, and Secondly: Those portions of Lot "A", Plan 5354, and Lot 8 (Except Part Subdivided ‘by Plan 32417), Plan 4318, identified "To Be Zoned RS~2" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A", all of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from A~l (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and identified as “Schedule A" is attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, Noe 2594", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of April, 1991.
