Dear Sir:

Re: Lot 20 - Lincoln Avenue

In connection with your recent letters and telephone
conversations with our City Administrator, Mr. B.R. Kirk, .
regarding the above noted subject we are now able to advise
that at the regular Counci | Committee meeting held on April
9th, 1984 the Counci| agreed that if it could be assured that
some form of townhouse complex was to be constructed on the 6

lots invotved it would very possibly be prepared to offer Lot
20 for sale at an upset price of $16,000.00. °
vee

if you are [interested In constructing a@ townhouse complex ,
on this property might we Suggest that you contact our Director
of Community Planning, Mr. W.A. Brown, and we are sure he wit}
be prepared to assist you in completing the necessary
application for rezoning which should include all 6 lots. Your

- application would be considered by the City's Planning and :
Zoning Committee and a recommendation will be advanced to the
Council. Following these initial steps we can then Institute

the formal rezoning proceedings and can proceed with offering
the lot for sale.

As we say, your next step should be to contact Mr. Brown.

Yours very truly,
