COMMENTS: This application is located ‘south of George Pearkes Junior Secondary School along the east side of Wister street. The proposal to construct a duplex. The proposal is in a transition area of the Official Community Plan where both commercial and multip!e family development are permitted. This transition area definition is an amendment | recently considered by City Council revising the original multiple family designation. The proaesal conforms with the . Zoning Bylaw requirements for duplex buildings.
