The conditions stipulated above would be required In order
to allow the City to malntain contro! over the property and to
use it If required. Normally, It would be desirable to enter
into a written legal agreement with the developer prior to any
approvals belng given by the City. In this case, there Is
insufficient time to do the necessary documentation because
they will be starting to fili the site on February 9th, 1987.

A copy of a plan showing the location of the strip In
question will be posted In the Counci! Chambers prior to the

Council Meeting.
