A Bylaw to authorize the lease on
a month to month basis of 2275
Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam,
B.C.

The Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby
leases unto Jim Poulos the lands described tn the Schedule "A! attached hereto
for the period of time and on the terms and. subject to the conditions set out In
the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "A",

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitiam are
hereby author!zed to sign the said Lease on behal¢t of the City and to affix the

City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2275 Pitt
River Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1985, No. 2118",
