That City Councitt direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw to
insert the following use Into the schedule of permitted uses for RM~1
Section 28(1) and RM-2 Section 29(1).

One~family residential shall be permitted where an existing parce}

of land {is too smal! to permit lawful construction of a building for
apartment residential use,

"Provided that al | bulidings and structures for such use shall be
constructed In accordance with the slze, shape and siting regulations
of thls zone,"

That the bus shelter to be instailed on Eastern Drive between
Claudia and Della be a standard wooden shelter similiar to the one on the
south side of McAllister Avenue except that the back of the shelter
would be extended higher for addittonal weather protection,
