Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That as recommendec by the Planning and Zoning Committee, January 8th, 1981 rezoning application, R#39-80, to rezone property described as Lot 118, District Lot 289, Plan 59195, New Westminster District, addressed as 2251 Pitt River Road, from RS-2 to RM-4, proceed to Public Hearing. From the City Administrator, January 9th, 1981 regarding subdivision of City owned property at Shaughnessy Street and Prairie Avenue. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That with reference to the City Administrator's January 9th, 1981 memorandum the City owned property located at Shaughnessy Street and Prairie Avenue described as Lot 45, Block 9, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 17882, New Westminster District, be subdivided and that the portion which is presently occupied as road be so dedicated; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary plans or other documents on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Mabbett expressed conc:tn regarding the driveway access onto Prairie Avenue. From the City Clerk, January 8th, 1981 advising of the Union of British Columbia Municipalities seminar for newly-elected officials. Moved by Alde:-man Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the attendance of Alderman A.K. Muldoon at the Union of British Columbia Municipalities Seminar for newly-elected officials being held in Richmond from February llth to 13th, 1981 be authorized; THAT the registration fee in the amount of $50.00 be paid; AND THAT payment of her necessary expenses therefore be similarly approved.
