The Munictpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam

will hold a Public Nearing in the Counct!1 Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Holl,
2272 McAllister Avenua on Monday, July 30, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider
the following proposed by-law to nmend the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1979, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1686: to remove the Zone Deaignation of RS-2 aosigned te

(a) Lot 22, Blocks 24 and 25, District Lot 464, Group One,
Plan 1951, New Wentminster District; and,
(b) The North 73.15 {cet of Lot 20, Dlocka 24 and 25, Déatrice
Lot 464, Group Onc, Plan 1951, New Weatminster District; and,
The South 75 feat of Lot 20, Block 25, District Lot 464,
Group One, Plan 1951, New Weatminster District; and to assign
the Zone Designation of: cD (Comprehensive Development).
Thie property is located at the Southwest corner of Flint Street
and Prairie Road and {s being roroned in order to permic the
rebuilding of the existing "Q.T. Market" at 3185 Plint Street
and the construction of a ?-Unit Townhouse Apartment on peoperty
adjacent thereto.
A copy of the proposed By~low and other relevant documente may be
tnopected in the Offica of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlom City Hall, at the
addreaa given above, between the houre of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working

days, July 19th to July 30th, 1979.
