APPENDIX
NOTICE
TO: HUNTINGTON RUBBER MILLS OF CANADA LIMITED,

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the day of
1979, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam authorized the demolition and removal by you of the buildings,
structures or things located on that parcel of land in the City of Port
Coquitlam, in the Province of British Columbia, and more particularly
known and described as Lot 90 of District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 49890,
New Westminster District, within the period of crime hereinafter mentioned.

AND THAT IN DEFAULT of such demolition and removal by you within
such period of time, the said Municipal Council has authorized the
Senior Building Inspector, together with workmen employed by the City of
Port Coquitlam, to enter upon the hereinbefore described parcel or tract
of land and to demolish the said buildings, structures or things located
thereon, and such demolition shall be done at your expense and the charges
for so doing, if unpaid by the owners on the Thirty-first day of December,
shall be added to and form part of the taxes payable in respect of that
land as taxes in arrears.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the work of demolition and removal of

the said buildings, structures or things shall be carried out and completed

by you within the period of Thirty (30) days from the service of this

Notice upon you and that in default by you to complete such work within

such period the work of demolition will be carried out by the Senior
Building Inspector at any time after the expiration of Thirty (30) days

from the service of this Notice upon you.
