3. With respect to the Christmas-New Year's holiday period, the last
scheduled meeting before this time would be December 12th and the first
meeting after would be January 9th. During the- intervening weeks, of
course, the Mayor can call a Special Meeting if required.

4. The Statutory Inaugural Meeting will be Monday, December 5th and
can be of the usual ceremonial type in the Hyde Creek Centre or Mabbett
Room without interfering with the alternate-week business meetings.

5. During the months of February and March, the Council will probably
want to meet in the intervening weeks during Budget discussions as was
done very successfully this year.
