The initial stage of the development will provide 24,000 sq. ft. of warehouse area, The ultimate development will increase the floor area to 74,400 sq. ft. About 150 parking spaces are required, but only 118 spaces are shown. There is, however, enough land to meet the parking requirement by redesigning the parking area. RECOMMENDATION: This proposed development was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning Committee on October 27th, 1976 and the Committee recommends that the development be approved, The Committee, however, wishes to express its concern about the blandness of the design and suggests that it be reviewed by the Design Panel, a XN _2 L.
