Hastings St. That a 1.2 acre portion of the Property described in the "City of
housing development

Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No.

1391" proposed to be dedicated to the City for park purposes, be retained
as part of the strata title development and used instead for the purpose
of a play area for children. Carried.

The question was then called on the previous motion of Aldermen

Traboulay and Laking especting first reading of By-law No. 1391.

That By-Law No. 1391 be read a third time. Carried.

The City Administrator then advised that prior to submission at a

Public Hearing scheduled to be held on August 25th, 1975, By-law No. 1392,

proposed to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract, is available for

initial consideration.
Alderman Ranger introduced a By-law to authorize the City to enter
into Land Use Contract No. 14.

ness report- of the Agricultural Hall and pointed out that it does not include total
Aggie Hall

Laking referred to the report on the Structural soundness

refurbishing costs. The City Administrator stated he did not know
exactly what the Council wanted, so he had just asked the consultant for
the costs to bring the building into conformity with By-law requirements;
however, he stated he would obtain the figures on -eburbishing. Alderman

Laking pointed sut that the report does not show the extent of floor rot
